We’re all about happy plants and happy customers. If you need any help at all, before or after you order, Alice and her dedicated Customer Support Team would love to help.

1. Track your order

Just go to 'My Account', log in and select the order you'd like to track, then click the 'View Order Details' button.

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, there may be a delay with the update of your tracking – don’t worry, it’ll update soon. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered.

2. Check the estimated delivery date

You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email or by checking 'My Account'.

Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. If your order contains a preorder, it will be held until all items are available. To have items sent as they become available, please contact us.

3. I'm still waiting for my order

Has your estimated delivery date already passed? Please give us a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times)!

If your order doesn’t arrive, please get in touch using the contact form below and we’ll do our best to help you.
Every plant will be shipped on a 24 hour service directly from our growers and you’ll be sent a tracking link with a 2 hour delivery slot as soon as it’s on its way.
We deliver to anywhere in Mainland UK for our standard delivery cost. We are able to deliver to Highlands and non UK mainland however this will be at an additional cost. This will be calculated at the checkout. Please note, deliveries to these locations will take longer.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland at present.
Plans change, we get it. If your order has not yet been processed and you would like to cancel your order, then please fill in our cancellation form below and our team will pick this request up right away and get back to you with confirmation via email.

If there is nothing wrong with your plants, but you’d like to return them to us - you can return them under our 14 day return policy. Please simply fill in the contact form below specifying which item it is you wish to return and we will provide an address to return to. Please note: It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of an unwanted item.

Once your plants arrive back with us undamaged and in a resalable condition, we will process a refund.
We're so sorry! If you could fill in the contact form below, we'll speak to the nursery and get back to you as quickly as possible. If we’ve sent the wrong plant, please attach a picture of the label on the incorrect plant.
Did you know that you can track your order by logging into 'My Account'? If you already have an account, log in to find your order. If you don't, create an account with the email you used to place the order and you will find the tracking inside. It is also worth checking the estimated delivery date for each plant by clicking view order details. If you still require assistance, please us the contact form form below.

Sustainability and innovations is core to what we do, but above all we value premium plants, so while we are committed to reducing use of peat, fertiliser and pesticides, we can’t guarantee it. Alex and Ian were always amazed by the breadth and depth of knowledge growers had, so decided to create a website that produced the same experience as having a chat with a friendly grower.
