Care Guide

Good pest and disease resistance

Bacopas can have issues with aphids. Check the leaves regularly for any possible infestation and pick any bugs off by hand or spray the area with some soapy water. You can also plant a companion plant nearby

Water regularly

Water the plants to keep the soil consistently moist. During hot spells this means watering the plants at least once a day. For plants in hanging baskets

Full sun to partial shade

Bacopas need a sunny spot where they will receive at least 6 hours of sunlight everyday but will also benefit from some shade during the hottest parts of the day.

Fertile

well-draining soil

Feed regularly

A feed every 4-6 weeks of a high-potash feed will help to boost the blooms.

No pruning required

An easy maintenance plant which doesn't need any pruning.
