- In our view, almonds are one of the ultimate snack foods, so wouldn't it be swell to grow your own?
- 'Robijn' is an exceptional almond tree variety, producing myriad pink blossoms in spring and superb sweet nuts from the end of summer
- This showy specimen makes for a wonderful feature tree planted in the heart of your lawn, or trained against a sunny, south-facing wall
- Whether you eat your almonds fresh or incorporate them into your favourite baking recipes, deliciousness is guaranteed!
- The nuts are encased in shells which themselves are housed within downy hulls (it's like a set of Russian dolls...)
- Our trees are usually between 18 and 36 months old at the time of dispatch
- Our trees are professionally pruned before dispatching. This formative pruning can involve cutting the main leader, if the expert tree growers decide this will produce a better shaped tree. This can stop the tree becoming "leggy", and promote stronger, bushier growth
