How we deliver your plants
You’ll find estimated delivery dates for every plant on the product page, right next to the price.
Every plant will be shipped on a 24 hour service directly from our growers and you’ll be sent a tracking link as soon as it is on its way.
If you ordered multiple plants with different delivery dates, we may hold them for a short while so we're able to make just one delivery - we're all about reducing our carbon plant print! If the dates are too far apart, you can contact us and we'll do our very best to split the order and send them separately.
We do levy a surcharge for deliveries to the highlands and non UK mainland. This will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland at present.
If you're not happy with them...
We love working with plants. Most of the time. There are occasions where they maybe haven’t grown as well as expected, or pick up a pest or disease and, despite our best efforts and award-winning packaging, sadly some do get injured on the journey.
Rest assured, if you are not happy with your plants when they arrive, we will put it right. You won’t need to pack them back up and post them back to us but you will need to let us know within 14 days of them arriving.
We have a whole host of videos and articles to help you look after your new plants and follow up every order with a care series to get you off to the right start. If, however, in the event that some disease or disaster befalls your plants beyond the first 14 days we will not be able to compensate you unless we have been notified of a problem during the returns window. There is an exception for dormant plants but please do get in contact as soon as you realise there is a problem in that first spring when they should be bursting into life.
Just take a few photographs and send to Alice and her team using our contact form and we’ll take a look. If you can include your order number and detail the plants you want to discuss, that will help us get back to you as quickly as possible.
If the plants are good and healthy, but you've changed your mind and would like to return them to us, we can provide an address upon request and you will need to pay for a return delivery. Our returns window is 14 days from your delivery date. Once your plants arrive back with us we will let you know and we can move the refund process forward.
If you'd like to cancel before they are sent
Plans change, we get it. If, for whatever reason, you’d like to cancel your order before the plants are sent, please get in contact as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed by the nursery, then we’ll refund you straight away.
Again, please detail your order number and plants you wish to cancel so we can get it sorted for you quickly.
