Delivery & Returns
You can find the estimated delivery times displayed below each of our products. Each plant will be sent to you directly from our nurseries and you will be notified of your exact delivery date once the shipping is confirmed.
This is for when you would like to return an item without defect.
Our returns policy allows returns of non perishable items for 14 days after receipt of the items. If more than 14 days have gone by since your delivery, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods such as plants, bulbs and seeds are not eligible to be returned.
If you wish to return an item, please email our customer support team @ firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require your name, order number, email address, phone number and the items that you wish to cancel.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible, by email email@example.com. We will require your name, order number, email address, phone number, the reason for complaint and pictures of the problem in order to process your case. Once this information is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will then assess the case carefully and then advise further steps or notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will not refund if planted, unless advised to do so by a member of our team.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.
If you wish to cancel your order, before it has been shipped, then please email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require your name, order number, email address, phone number and the items that you wish to cancel.
We will then do our best to prevent the order being shipped. If we can prevent it being shipped, then you will be refunded as above.
If the item has already been processed, then you will have to follow the returns procedure as above.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with the address of the nursery to send the plants back to. We will require your name, order number, email address, phone number and the items that you wish to cancel. Depending on the circumstances of the case, the postage will either be paid for by us or the complainant.
