'Heritage' Raspberry Plant
- Sporting delicious red raspberries on its vigorous canes from the end of August all the way through into October, 'Heritage' is an everbearing raspberry of real renown.
- An autumn-fruiting (primocane) variety, 'Heritage' fruits on the current year's growth, meaning you'll get fruits from the very first year. This, unlike summer-fruiting (floricane) raspberries, which fruit on the previous year's growth.
- Preceding the appearance of the fruit, the plant produces delightful little white blooms, adding lashings of ornamental value to its already hefty edible credentials.
- While it is often touted as self-supporting, we'd still recommend you staking your 'Heritage' raspberry canes, just to give it that extra little bit of support.
- Like all raspberry plants, 'Heritage' is one of the RHS Plants for Pollinators, indicating its benefits to pollinating insects like bees and butterflies.
