- This tree’s fern-like leaves are truly exceptional, starting out a glorious chartreuse yellow in the spring, before taking on green hues in the summer and reverting to autumnal shades later in the year
- Small, fragrant flowers appear in spring, readily attracting bees and butterflies to feed on their pollen and nectar
- The lacy foliage adds a great textural element to the garden and casts a wonderful level of dappled shade – definitely a tree to sit under with a good book on a warm summer’s afternoon!

Yes, Honeylocust Tree can be grown in a pot initially. Start with a 50cm pot. Depending on its vigour, it may need moving to the ground after a few years. Ensure adequate drainage and water regularly during warm weather above 20°C.
