- With its distinctive 'shuttlecock' form, this evergreen fern looks neat and elegant all year round, even when it's covered in frost! The young fronds emerge curled and covered in golden hairs, then mature to emerald green
- Perfect as a groundcover or for underplanting trees and shrubs, Polystichum will spread naturally without being invasive
- A hardy, low maintenance perennial plant which grows up to 80cm high and 90cm wide and is unbothered by pests and diseases
- Suitable for growing in pots on a shady patio
- No pruning needed
- A woodland classic which loves a position in dappled shade and is drought tolerant when mature
