- Exactly what you need to bring your garden back to life after winter! A vigorous deciduous shrub with lobed green aromatic leaves and a spectacular floral display
- Early April sees Ribes sanguineum covered in hanging racemes of magenta pink tubular flowers, which are followed by edible blackcurrants
- A vibrant and unusual shrub for informal hedging or as part of a wildlife friendly border
- A fully hardy, medium growing shrub which will reach a height of up to 2.5m but can easily be maintained at a lower height
- Plant for flowers not fruit - this variety does pair perfectly with currant plants bred for productivity though
