'Red World' Japanese Honeysuckle

- Masses of striking pink flowers sit alongside dark green, ovate leaves atop woody stems
- From May onwards, pairs of scarlet coloured buds open out into trumpet shaped, hot and pastel pink flowers (with a creamy coloured interior)
- A deliciously fragrant climber, this honeysuckle's flowers perfume the summer air with an intoxicating aroma, which smells strongest in the evenings and during the night
- Semi evergreen foliage is a rich green colour for most of the year, before turning a deep bronze hue in the winter months
- Attractive, ornamental black berries appear in autumn to continue providing visual interest even once flowering has ceased
- This variety has a vigorous habit and an impressive growth rate, and can happily be trained up and over walls and pergolas
- Please Note: Our climbers are pruned back each winter, and some during the summer, so you may find at certain times of year they do not cover the whole 90cm cane. This is intentional to ensure the best growth when you plant out
