- A medium sized evergreen shrub with a bushy habit and year-round interest
- Deep green foliage with golden yellow crown-shaped flowers in summer, followed by purple berries
- Excellent for wildlife-friendly hedging or groundcover, St John's Wort also contrasts well with grasses and hot coloured perennials as part of a prairie style border and can also be grown in containers
- A hardy shrub with an average growth rate which will reach a height of up to 1.2m
- Highly attractive to pollinators and birds, providing months of colour
