Liquidambar Trees
Liquidambar - or Sweetgum - is one of the best trees for autumn colour you can get. With ornamental bark and glossy star shaped leaves which put on a stunning display of reds, oranges and yellows in the autumn, this super-hardy tree is a great choice for medium to large gardens.
Our Liquidambar trees are grown here in the UK in our specialist tree nursery in the South Downs National Park, where our tree expert John selects only the best performing varieties for us. Sweetgum trees grow slowly into a naturally conical shape and don’t usually need pruning. Plant them in a sunny position for the best colour!
