Excellent pest and disease resistance
Very high disease resistance - this variety is unlikely to be bothered by powdery mildew of leaf spot.

Water currants during dry periods in the growing season.

Plant where the currants will receive around 6-8 hours of sunlight daily.

Currants will tolerate a wide range of soils, but prefer moisture retentive fertile soils that are well-drained.
