- Spikes of bright pink and purple flowers all summer long
- Free flowering from June to August, these plants are frequently seen covered in bumblebees
- The foliage turns maroon to yellow in autumn
- Ideal for the edges of medium to large ponds, water and bog gardens - can be planted at a depth of up to 12cm below water
- A fast growing native perennial plant with no pest or disease issues
- Performs best in full sun to partial shade
