They’re one of his horticultural passions and the quality of the produce he – well, produces – at the nursery is testament to that fact. Cameron pairs time-honoured horticultural traditions alongside the very best modern techniques in our fabulous, purpose-built nursery in Evesham. With a background that saw him place at the Grand Finals at the Young Horticultural Awards back in 2022, we’re proud to have someone that really knows his onions.

Mint, known as the 'good herb' in Mexico, is an absolute classic for the kitchen garden. Whether it's sweet treats or savoury delights, Chef Jess has cracked the code for versatile use of this humble ingredient. It is super easy to grow and very abundant, so you'll get tons from one plant to use in a variety of dishes. A true chef's herb!

Rosemary
Chef Jess loves to slow-cook lamb with fresh rosemary, filling the entire kitchen with a delicious aroma. Or baking a homemade sourdough foccacia, sprinkled with rosemary and sea salt. Delicious!

French tarragon
When harvesting tarragon, the leaves are where you'll find the flavour! Chop them up finely, or use whole in a salad or a creme fraiche. Jess likes to use the leaves to make her very own homegrown herb oil, which she then uses to make herby mayonnaise. Delicious.
