- ‘Erato Violet’ – distinctive purple flesh which keeps its colour even after cooking.
- ‘Erato White’ – makes phenomenal fries, jacket potatoes and mash (and has white flesh rather than the more usual orange).
- ‘Orleans’ – a truly reliable heavy cropper, ‘Orleans’ produces fantastic large tubers that can be kept for months once harvested.
- The plants you’ll receive are already established, removing the need to faff about with growing your sweet potato plant from slips (cuttings taken from mature sweet potatoes).
