'Jolant' Leek Plants
- A stalwart of the leek world, ‘Jolant’ is an early variety and a firm favourite of both gardeners and chefs across the country
- Hardy in nature, this mean, green, growing machine will survive winter temperatures down to -10°C
- Grow in rows in a raised bed, allotment or borders - leeks don't take up much space!
- This variety has a sweet, mild flavour and tender texture, making it ideal for cooking. Harvest as baby leeks or leave to grow to full size
- RHS Award of Garden Merit winner
- Plant out in spring for harvesting from late summer into early winter
- Good resistance to bolting (growing flower stalks)
