Lemon thyme
Lemon thyme is a delicious herb with the earthy flavour of classic thyme, lifted by a citrus kick. Lemon thyme is not just for flavouring savoury dishes, but sweet ones too! Chef Jess loves to bake lemon thyme shortbread, or one of her personal favourties, a delicious lemon thyme drizzle cake.

Rosemary
Chef Jess loves to slow-cook lamb with fresh rosemary, filling the entire kitchen with a delicious aroma. Or baking a homemade sourdough foccacia, sprinkled with rosemary and sea salt. Delicious!

French tarragon
When harvesting tarragon, the leaves are where you'll find the flavour! Chop them up finely, or use whole in a salad or a creme fraiche. Jess likes to use the leaves to make her very own homegrown herb oil, which she then uses to make herby mayonnaise. Delicious.

Mint
Mint, known as the 'good herb' in Mexico, is an absolute classic for the kitchen garden. Whether it's sweet treats or savoury delights, Chef Jess has cracked the code for versatile use of this humble ingredient. It is super easy to grow and very abundant, so you'll get tons from one plant to use in a variety of dishes. A true chef's herb!

Oregano Hot & Spicy
This oregano has a high tolerance to heat, meaning it maintains that spicy kick when cooked. It is perfect to roast in a hot oven alongside your favourite meat or vegetables. Jess loves to roast chicken, stuffed with this flavoursome oregano, butter and lemon, under the skin. Resulting in delicious crispy skin, and juicy chicken - bliss!

Bronze fennel
Bronze fennel has edible stems, foliage, & flowers that will add a delicacy to your plate. From salads with a burst of aniseed flavour to rich meat or fish dishes, chef Jess swears by it. And the best part? It can even be brewed into a refreshing tea. Who says gourmet has to be expensive?
