'Sweet Stem' Broccoli Plants
- Deep green, compact broccoli plants with deep green leaves and small crunchy florets and side stems
- Sweet, flavour packed florets so tender (even the stalks!) that you can eat them raw. Fantastic in stir fries, salads, green smoothies and broccoli mornay
- Grow these hardy plants in raised beds, veg plots and borders
- You will receive a strip of eight healthy young plants ready to grow on
- Excellent bolt tolerance, pollution tolerance and disease resistance
- Plant out after the first frosts and harvest from July to October
- Premium plants grown by vegetable experts on a family run farm in Lancashire and sent to you at the best possible time for planting
- Growing your own gives you healthy, fresh produce with a lower carbon plantprint than anything you can buy from a shop
- Easy to grow and care for - simply remove your plants from their strip and pot them on individually until the last chance of frost has passed and they're ready to plant outside. You should see your first harvest within 15-20 weeks

Meet Cameron
An experienced hand from seed to harvest
When it comes to veg plants, if Cameron doesn’t know about it? It ain’t worth knowing. They’re one of his horticultural passions and the quality of the produce he – well, produces – at the nursery is testament to that fact. Cameron pairs time-honoured horticultural traditions alongside the very best modern techniques in our fabulous, purpose-built nursery in Evesham. With a background that saw him place at the Grand Finals at the Young Horticultural Awards back in 2022, we’re proud to have someone that really knows his onions.
