- Richly scented, large, white semi-double flowers appear in May and gradually mature to pink
- Foliage emerges bronze, matures to mid green and takes on shades of fiery orange in the autumn
- A stunning focal point for any garden, growing to 6 x 4m but can be pruned to fit any size of garden
- A vigorous and strong tree which is pollution tolerant and happy in most soils - ideal for urban areas

Good pest and disease resistance
May need protection from caterpillars and leaf-mining moths. Cherry trees are sometimes affected by silver leaf, bacterial canker or blossom wilt - you can prevent these infections by spacing trees apart well and maintaining good airflow through the branches by pruning out any that cross over.
Full sun
This cherry tree loves full sun exposure or a sheltered location, allowing all the nutrients to create blossom in your garden. Choosing a spot away from strong winds will help all the tree's resources to go towards growing and maintaining the blossom.
Any moist, well-draining soil except chalk
Adapts to clay, loam and sandy soil, but avoid chalk soils.
Prune annually
Pruning in mid-summer may be required if affected by silver leaf. Prune in the dormant season (November-February) to maintain the shape.
