'Korist F1' Kohl Rabi Plants
- The luminous green globes and sprawling stems of Kohl Rabi add real interest to the veg patch. Which I guess is a polite way of saying it looks like a UFO
- The creamy white flesh has a sweet, mild flavour and can be eaten raw in salads, steamed, stir fried or baked into a gratin with cheese sauce
- Grow in open ground or raised beds for the best results - these are compact plants which can even be grown in large containers
